The whole title should be "Chapter 9 History of the School" but its 1 letter to big to fit in the stupid title box. This is from the manga "The Dreaming" along with this --> [link] That's why they look similar.
I don't know why she's falling through a door. It has really nothing besides the fact that the girl's hair looks a little like that of the girls the chapter centers around.
